Ms. Tshering Dolkar is currently the Director at the counseling department at RENEW, She received her BA degree from Sherubtse College, Kanglung, Bhutan, PG in Education from National Institute for Education, Samtse, Bhutan and Masters in Education from University of New Brunswick, Fredericton, Canada. She is also Mental Health Counseling Professional with a Masters in Counseling Psychology from the National Board for Certified Counselors, USA.
