Tandin Pemo is currently working as a  Nursing Superintendent at Jigme Dorji Wangchuck National Referral Hospital. She received her Bachelor of Nursing Science in 2000 from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia and Masters in Nursing Science in Nursing Administration in 2003 from Burapha University in Thailand. She will be able to provide technical direction to BCS and will be able to provide technical inputs on establishment of care centers and overseeing the the palliative capacity building of both health care providers and caregiver.
